SARASOTA – Former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg will deliver a lecture in Sarasota in March to benefit a library project for the Ringling College of Art and Design. The lecture is not part of the Ringling College Library Association’s annual Town Hall Lecture Series, but in addition to it, said Jay Logan, Town Hall chair for the year.
